FIREPLACE SURROUNDS

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to write to you to thank you for the fireplaces you made for us before Christmas. Richard was absolutely delighted with the fireplaces when he saw them - they were exactly the style he wanted and the quality of the wood and the way they were made far exceeded his expectations.

They are really stunning and they make a fantastic focal point in the main rooms of the barns.

You asked me to send you some pictures - and initially I was waiting for Richard to take some that did justice to the fireplaces. Unfortunately, I still do not have a good photograph of either of the two barns that are finished - we are completing the other two in a few weeks time.

I will be having some photographs taken professionally in a few weeks time, when they are all finished, so that I can include them on our website, and as soon as I have these, I will send you one of each of the barns. In the meantime, I enclose the best photograph I have at the moment!

In fact, the fireplace looks so much better than this - hopefully I will have better photographs to send you next month. I am enclosing a copy of our brochure - hopefully this will give you an idea of the style of property that the fireplaces are in.

Thank you once again for the fireplaces that were not only of the highest quality - but they were delivered to us on the exact date agreed, without any problems whatsoever.

I wish you every success in the future - If you would like a few days in Cornwall, to personally inspect your fireplaces, just give me a call, we usually have at least one bam available until July.

Dear Julie and Paul, just a quick message to thank you for your personal attention and help during the buying process. An excellent service from initial contact through to delivery. As you know, we had reservations about ordering over the web and ideally would have preferred to view the 3 beam coffee table in person, but after consulting with your good self on a number of occasions we took the plunge and ordered. We are so glad we did, the table is mellowing in colour and looks better every week. it has started to dry out and shakes and splits now appearing only add to the beauty and character of the coffee table. As you know we live in northern Ireland and were originally put off by the cost of delivery but it was worth every penny and will have no hesitation in returning to yourselves for more pieces.
